My Pro plan expired — how do I renew?
Go to Pricing and purchase a new plan. Pro access activates immediately after payment. If your payment went through but Pro didn't activate, email us.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the service, payments are non-refundable. However, if you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, email us and we'll review it case by case.
How do I delete my account?
Log in, go to your Profile, and use the delete account option. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
The AI analysis isn't working — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of the error. The first request after a period of inactivity may take up to 30 seconds — this is normal. If it continues, contact support.
