Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Interview PrepAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Interview PrepAI provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including resume ATS scoring, skill gap analysis, mock interview coaching, voice practice, and performance analytics. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Content you upload (resumes, job descriptions) must not violate third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models, prompts, or backend logic
- Automate or script requests in ways that abuse the service or circumvent rate limits
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' privacy rights
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
- Attempt to access other users' data
5. Subscription and billing
Free plan — 2 gap analyses, 2 ATS checks, 2 cover letters, and 50 coaching messages per calendar month.
Pro Monthly — ₹399/month. Grants 30 days of Pro access (20 analyses, 20 ATS checks, 750+ coaching messages, 20 cover letters, 450+ min AI voice, Resume Grill with 3 pressure modes).
Pro Annual — ₹4,308/year (₹359/month, billed annually). Grants 365 days of Pro access.
Premium Monthly — ₹699/month. Grants 30 days of Premium access (40 analyses, 40 ATS checks, 1,500+ coaching messages, 40 cover letters, 750+ min AI voice, Personalized Revision Roadmap, all 5 Grill modes including FAANG + Brutal, early feature access).
Premium Annual — ₹7,548/year (₹629/month, billed annually). Grants 365 days of Premium access.
Access is not automatically renewed. It expires at the end of the paid period and reverts to the free plan unless you renew. Paid plan features include increased monthly usage limits and access to hard-difficulty questions.
Refund policy — Due to the digital and immediately-consumable nature of the service, payments are non-refundable. If you have an issue, contact us at support@interviewprepai.in and we will do our best to resolve it.
6. Intellectual property
The Interview PrepAI platform — including its UI, AI coaching prompts, scoring logic, and codebase — is our property. You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated feedback, scores, and recommendations are for practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that using this service will result in a successful interview or job offer. Interview outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interview PrepAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes your data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
